分詞構句用法

會出現的原因....懶吧這樣比較好記 
就是硬要刪掉連接詞(and, when...)或關係代名詞(who, which..) 

句子原本是: He entered and closed the door behind him. 
懶人的結果...把and刪掉, 原本的動詞改成ing 
he entered,closing the door behind him.

至於為什麼會變成ing? 
因為英文句子基本上一句只能有一個主要動詞...所以當第二個動詞出現時..必須作出變化或用連接詞隔開 
分詞構詞就是將原本的連接詞拿掉...所以你只能變動詞 

英文的基本原則: 主動會變ing; 被動會變p.p. 

還有 形容詞子句的分詞構句 
當然原則都是一樣的 

He is an English teacher who teaches well. 
分詞構句就是把關係代名詞who刪掉....因為這裡的teacher是主動...所以要變成ing－＞ 
He is an English teacher teaching well.
