1. 掛斷電話 (To end a phone call)

這是最經典的用法。雖然現在大多是按螢幕，但在英文習慣中，我們還是會用 "hang up"（源自早期要把聽筒「掛回」牆上的動作）。

    • Don't hang up! I have one more thing to tell you. (別掛電話！我還有一件事要跟你說。)
