I'm reviewing the resume for the Graphic Designer position. The candidate, Miss Lee, has an impressive portfolio.I agree her designs are very modern. However I noticed she mainly uses software that we don't use here. We use the Adobe suite but she uses a different platform. That is a concern, but looking at her experience she seems to learn quickly.She mastered 3 different systems in her last job. True. Why don't we bring her in for a practical test? We can give her a simple task using our software and see how she adapts.Excellent idea, I'll e-mail her to schedule it.
