35.  On October 15, 2008, the founder(創辦人) of the Formosa Plastics Group(台塑集團), Wang Yungching, died in his sleep. The business giant, who lived to the age of 92, had built a very successful industry(工業) group in Taiwan. 
   Wang was born in a poor family. His father was a tea farmer. After Wang graduated from elementary school at the age of 15, he left home and worked in a rice store. The next year, he started his own rice store with NT$200 which his father borrowed for him. In 1954, he founded(創立) Formosa Plastics Corporation(台塑公司). From then on, he played an important role(角色) in the development(發展) of Taiwan’s industry for more than fifty years.
   Wang, who was called the “God of Management(經營),” always believed that hard work makes everything possible. He never gave up even when he met difficulties(困難). He once said, “Nothing is impossible in the world, and nothing is easy.” Also, he lived a simple and healthy life. He seldom spent money on things he didn’t really need. And every morning, he got up early and went jogging. He is really a role model(模範) for all the businessmen in Taiwan, especially(特別是) those who start from nothing just like him.
