強調的是 現在事實相反， 事實是以現在的觀點來看 他2012年不是ceo的事實

如果他不是一個壞人，但現在事實是他是壞人。強調現在事實他就是壞人

強調的是 現在事實相反。就是說 現在他就是壞人啦。

這句如果是說 If he had been not a bad guy, he would not have cheated you of your money

如果他那時不是壞人，但和過去事實相反，強調的是當時的情況下他就是壞人。而現在他是壞人或好人不知道 強調當時。就是特指某情況下。

所以看你要強調現在的觀點事實，或是當時過去的觀點事實。
