When I got home, my father was reading a newspaper in the living room. After I said hi to him, I rushed to the kitchen because I was very thirsty. When I passed my brother’s room, he was sitting at his desk and writing an e-mail, so he didn’t notice me. My sister walked down the stairs with a worried look on her face. I asked her, “What happened?” She didn’t answer and just went out quickly. Suddenly, I had a bad feeling. When I entered the kitchen, my mom was mopping the floor.
