(A)Methotrexate起始劑量為7.5 mg weekly，若無肝功能異常，可加到15 mg weekly（最高計量25mg/week)

(B)肝毒性是造成methotrexate停藥的原因之一，可使用folic acid 1-4mg/day 或 folinic acid 2.5-10mg/day  week

 都有效預防

(C)當在MTX過量時，Folinic acid比folic acid提供更有效的解毒作用 

(D)需要停藥 

補充：

1當肝酶上升原本的3倍時，應停止使用MTX
