這裡之所以使用with(prep.)是因為逗點後的EQ只是一個名詞而已，

而EQ後的一長串句子是關係子句來進行補充說明，

所以題目整句可以還原成以下的句子：

……, with EQ which plays an important role in the remaining 80 percent.

然後按照關係子句的簡化規則(省略關係代名詞，一般動詞改成V-ing)，

就可以變成題目後半句的型態了：

……, with EQ playing an important role in the remaining 80 percent.
