The teacher works with students in getting them to self correct. ALM: It’s important to prevent learners from making errors. Errors lead to the formation of bad habits. When errors do occur, they should be immediately corrected by the teacher. CLT: Errors are tolerated and seen as a natural outcome of the development of communication skills.
