Dear Ms. Heart,
I just moved to a big city from a small village in the mountains. To me, everything is so different. I have to get used to not only my new life in the city, but also the new school. My parents became so busy that we seldom talk to each other now. There are so many tests in my new junior high school. I need to study all day to catch up with the class. I can 37 eat well nor sleep well. Can you please help?
You must be having a hard time getting used to your new life. Here is my advice. First, talk to either your teachers or classmates about your stress in school. I believe they have some good ways to help you. Second, talk with your parents. Let them know how you feel and what happens in school. And last but not least, find yourself some free time in addition to studying. Do something you like and make yourself happy!
