柯爾柏格的道德發展論三個時期的劃分,是以習俗(convention)為標準。習俗是指社會習俗,而社會上所有的習俗,都是經由社會大眾認可共識而後形成的,換言之,習俗所代表的是社會規範,合於社會規範的行為,就是道德行為。

此題的答案因為翻譯上可能有所不同,所以要看英文才能選出答案,不過若就張春興教育心理學P.86的內容解釋也可知道成規為社會規範,故答案為A。

 In 1924 AmericanNational Research Council sent to engineers to supervise a series of industrial experiments at a large telephone-parts factory called the Hawthorne Plant near Chicago. It hoped they would learn how stop-floor lignting__1__workers productivity.
