二、Übersetzen Sie den folgenden Text ins Chinesische.(25 分) Vom 16. bis 24. Mai 2011 fand in Genf die 64. Weltgesundheitsversammlung (World Health Assembly, WHA) statt. Die WHA ist das höchste Beschluss fassende Gremium der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (World Health Organization, WHO). Wie schon 2009 und 2010 wird auch dieses Mal die Republik China als Beobachter vertreten sein, nachdem taiwanischen Repräsentanten zwischen 1971 und 2008 aus politischen Gründen die Teilnahme verwehrt war. Direkt in Aktivitäten der WHO einbezogen zu werden, hat für Taiwan den Vorteil, dass die Menschen hier besser gegen Bedrohungen der Volksgesundheit geschützt sind, etwa gegen grenzübergreifende Seuchengefahren wie das Dengue-Fieber oder SARS sowie die Grippeviren H5N1 („Vogelgrippe“) und H1N1 („Schweinegrippe“). Gleichzeitig kann Taiwan die Bekämpfung dieser Krankheiten im Rahmen der WHO besser unterstützen, was wiederum die Sicherheit für die Menschen in der asiatisch-pazifischen Region und in der ganzen Welt erhöht.
