一、請簡述傳統的「國際貿易」的意義。(5 分)

二、雖然根據契約自由之原則,成立書面契約非屬必要,但是國際貿易所牽涉的交易當事人、交易金額及交易內容,其間之龐雜皆是國內交易所難以比擬的 。所以,成立貿易契約之書面在現實上有其必要性。因此,既有成立書面契約書之需要,則雙方於簽立貿易契約書時,有些原則須加以特別注意,請列舉其中二項。(5分)

三、儘管契約成立的方式有很多種模式,然不論如何,契約之成立,恆以符合法律規範為要件。因此,要成立有效之貿易契約,廠商須注意要符合法律要件 ,請列舉二項廠商須注意之法律要件並簡述之。(5分)
