Airborne viruses have been spreading around the world in
the speed of light - and the most recent one has spread as
far as North America and Europe with every single region
of China having confirmed cases!
The WHO (Word Health Organization) has declared a global
health emergency. During such a critical period, its
necessary to be careful about your health – any extra
effort of protection is beneficial in order to decrease
your chances of getting infected! Here are ways to protect
yourself:
1. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an
alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and
water.
2. Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between
yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
3. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
Do all you can to protect yourself and others from getting
