根據課本p. 76

sucking reflex is tested by stroking the upper lip with a tongue blade, beginning at the lateral aspect of the upper lip and moving medially toward the philtrum. This should be done on both sides.

snout reflex is similar to sucking reflex. 

it can be elicited by a light tap of the finger on the philtrum or by backward pressure of the index finger on the midline of the upper lip and philtrum...
