題組1前一句提到只有兩種動物的腦比人類更大：鯨魚跟大象。

就算看不懂proportion為何，後提到「人類的腦更大」，應可刪除(A)與(D)選項。

只看本段開頭與結尾，可知整段文字應當是在討論「腦部大小與重量」是否跟「聰明」有關，中間提出來與人類比較的鯨魚跟大象著重在描述「重量」而非聰明的比較，可知題組1的答案不會是(B)，選(C)比較合理。
