Children ≥9 years of age – Children ≥9 years of age (at the start of the influenza season) require only a single dose of influenza vaccine.

●Children six months through eight years of age – Children six months through eight years of age (at the start of the influenza season) require two doses of influenza vaccine during the first season in which they are vaccinated to optimize immune response [5,39-42]. The recommendations for previously vaccinated children six months through eight years of age vary from year to year depending upon changes to the viruses included in the vaccine.

(B)追加接種一劑MMR® II for injection

◎CDC自費接種建議
下列有較高麻疹感染風險者：

1. 計畫前往有麻疹疫情地區者：
   • (1)出生滿6個月至未滿1歲幼兒：於出國前評估接種需求，自費接種1劑，滿12個月後仍須按時程完成2劑公費接種（與前一劑至少間隔4週）。
   • (2)1981年（含）以後出生的成人，建議自費接種1劑後再行前往。
2. 工作性質會頻繁接觸外國人者：1981年（含）以後出生者，建議自費接種1劑。
3. 醫療照護人員：
   • (1)不具有麻疹或德國麻疹抗體陽性證明者，建議應接種2劑，且間隔至少4週。
   • (2)針對1981年（含）以後出生未持有麻疹或德國麻疹抗體陽性證明者，優先接種1劑。
4. 無疫苗接種紀錄或是麻疹/德國麻疹抗體陽性證明之育齡婦女，應接種2劑。

(C)每年接種Pneumovax® 23 Injection（polyvalent pneumococcal vaccine）1劑

參考D選項

(D)接種Prevenar® 13 Injection（pneumococcal 13-valent conjugate vaccine）1劑，1年後再追加Pneumovax® 23 Injection（polyvalent pneumococcal vaccine）1劑

CDC建議（不同年紀間隔不同要注意）

一、青少年高危險群：
接種建議如下

1. 未曾接種PCV13或PPV23者：接種1劑PCV13，間隔至少8週再接種1劑PPV23。
2. 曾接種PCV13者：接種1 劑PPV23，與前劑PCV13 應間隔至少8週。
3. 曾接種PPV23者：接種1 劑PCV13，與前劑PPV23 應間隔至少8週。

※※如可能應先接種結合型肺炎鏈球菌疫苗（PCV13）再接種多醣體肺炎鏈球菌疫苗（PPV23）。
※完成上述接種之高危險群，5 年後可經醫師評估再追加1 劑PPV23。

 

二、18歲(含)以上成人至未滿 65歲高危險群：

1. 接種建議如下(或參閱附件1之簡表)
2. 從未接種過：先接種1劑PCV13，間隔至少8週接種 1 劑PPV23，間隔至少5年再接種第2劑PPV23。
3. 接種過1劑PPV23：間隔至少1年再接種1劑PCV13；與PCV13間隔至少8週，且與前一劑PPV23間隔至少 5年，再接種第2劑PPV23。
4. 接種過2劑PPV23：與前一劑PPV23間隔至少1年再接種1劑PCV13。
5. 接種過1劑PCV13：間隔至少8週再接種1劑PPV23，5年後再接種第2劑 PPV23。
6. 接種過1劑PCV13與1劑PPV23：與前一劑PPV23間隔至少5年，再接種第2劑PPV23。

三、65歲(含)以上長者
接種建議如下(或參閱附件2之簡表)

1. 從未接種過：
   • ①接種1劑PPV23或PCV13，或
   • ②先接種1劑PCV13，間隔1年以上再接種1劑 PPV23。
2. 65歲以後接種過1劑(含)以上PPV23：間隔1年以上可再接種1劑 PCV13。
3. 65歲前接種過1劑(含)以上PPV23：
   • ①滿65歲後與前一劑PPV23間隔至少5年再接種1劑 PPV23，或
   • ②間隔至少1年接種1劑PCV13，或
   • ③間隔至少1年接種1劑 PCV13，且與前一劑PPV23 間隔至少5年，可再接種1劑PPV23。
4. 65歲前接種過PCV13：滿 65歲後與PCV13至少間隔1年後再接種1劑PPV23。
5. 65歲前接種過PCV13與1劑(含)以上PPV23：滿65歲後與前一劑 PCV13間隔1年以上，且與前一劑 PPV23至少間隔5年，再接種1劑 PPV23。
