嗜中性球顆粒(鹼性磷酸酶alkaline phosphatase 膠原蛋白分解酶Collagenase 乳糖運鐵蛋白lactoferrin)
嗜酸性球顆粒(basic protein鹼性蛋白質 histaminase組織胺酶 cationic protein陽離子蛋白)嗜鹼性球顆粒(histamin組織胺 heparin肝素 serotonin血清促進素 ECF-A嗜酸性球過敏趨化因子)
①myeloperoxidase、④acid hydrolases、⑥acid phosphatase是初級顆粒，
③lactoferrin、⑤collagenase是嗜中性球的次級顆粒，
到這裡為止如果看著選項的組合做刪去法的確是可以選出D的正確答案，
但是②elastase我找了資料和以前的上課資料看到有歸類在初級顆粒也有歸類在次級顆粒，
個人是覺得有點小小爭議......(但是考選部沒有修正答案所以出題老師應該還是把它視為次級顆粒)
考古題也只有這一題考到elastase的顆粒分類(99年和107年考elastase基因突變引起的Kostmann’s syndrome)，
有複習到這題的同學們就稍微注意一下吧。
