我個人的解釋是有錢如他(as is : 像) 可以翻譯成他是個有錢人 整句意思就是他很錢但對所有人都很吝嗇(stingy) 包括他的家人和朋友 如有錯誤 麻煩英語高手給予糾正 讓小弟可以學習改進 謝謝!
