Kim test (posterior inferior labral tear)
Shoulder abd  90 degrees, apply an axial force to the glenoid through the humerus 
And place the other hand on the deltoid while you’re maintaining this force 
Elevate p’t arm diagonally upward while you’re apply a downward and posterior force with the other hand 
Positive sign- pain
