A) Granular cell tumor: dorsal surface of the tongue, asymptomatic, 病灶上皮有acanthosis or pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia 的現象, eosinophilic granular cytoplasm.

B) Myofibroma: mandible, lips, cheeks and tongue, painless mass, spindle cell and eosinophilic cytoplasm.
