recommend psychotherapy for all patients with BPD .For most patients with BPD treated with pharmacotherapy, we suggest mood stabilizers or antipsychotics rather than antidepressants.(先以行為治療為主，藥物方面先用 anti-psychotics 和 mood stablizers，若有 depression 才用 anti-depressant)
