continue+ to be V=要繼續........(接下來打算要)

以上來自我英文家教老師說法，同時他認為生活上大多數會用C的用法

但畢竟這是考試。

continue可用作連繫動詞，其後可接形容詞、介詞短語

接形容詞

He continued silent.他繼續沉默著。

We hope the weather will continue fine.我們希望天氣繼續很好。

接介詞短語

Mother continues in weak health.母親身體仍然很虛弱。

He continues in good condition.他的健康情況仍然良好。

英文裡面蠻多動詞後可直接加形容詞，

除了基本的感觀動詞外(feel look smell taste...)

也只能多看多記了 冏

The weather continues cold. 

天氣還是冷。 

He remained silent.他保持沈默。

1. continue還可用作系動詞,接(to be+) adj. 或as+ n. 作表語, to be常可以省略。

continue 後面可加 to-V， 也可加 V-ing，語意不太一樣

這題C才是對的吧?!
