-又可以進一步細分為三種意思:
 a).只要（在一段時間內）…就會…
     I’ll remember you as long as I live. (只要我還活著，我就會一直記得你。)
 b).只要（達成某件事）…就可以
     B as long as A (只要達成A, B就可以成立)
     We can play, as long as it doesn’t rain. (只要不下雨, 我們就能玩。)
     I’ll help as long as you be quiet. (只要你安靜我就會幫你。)
c).長達…（時間）
    用以誇飾或強調時間的「長度」，可以翻譯成根本長達…(時間)
    The conference could be as long as four hours. (這個研討會根本就會長達四小時。)

 2. As far as (conj.) 達到…的程度；就…而言
As far as I can know, this is the best choice we have now. (這是目前就我知道我們最好的選擇。)

答案(A)也可以，只是意思不同，as long as有表示條件的意思，"A條件為真，B才是真的"，

所以，From the top of the mountain, everything is green as long as the eyes can see，選A有暗示視力好壞的意思。

as far as，一共有5個常見的意思

• 用法一：提及、談到（某人事物）

as far as後面通常會接「名詞」或「動名詞」。

as far as後面加了名詞my resume，意思就是「講到我的履歷...」

• 用法二：依照（某人）的看法

若想要認真地提出自己的看法，除了常見的I think、in my opinion等等，還可以說as far as I am concerned。

• 用法三：就（某人）所知

若要表達「就我所知」，英文可以說 as far as I know。

• 用法五：和（某人事物）的距離相等

「as + 形容詞 / 副詞 + as」其實有「和（某人事物）一樣」的意思，所以as far as可以理解成「和...一樣遠」。

例句：

Singapore is as far as Hokkaido from Taiwan. If you take a direct flight to either place, it will take about 4 to 4.5 hours.（從台灣去新加坡和北海道一樣遠。如果你搭直飛航班去這兩個地方，大概會花4到4.5小時。）
