我會用刪去法。
掌面和手指麻痺是跨皮節的情況，可先考慮myelopathy or TOS
所以刪掉BC，2個選項 
(A) 頸部壓迫（cervical compression test）檢查是否為頸椎關節退化
(B) Phalen’s test 檢查是否為 carpal tunnel syndrome
(C) upper limb tension test 檢查是否為正中神經黏連
(D) Roos test 檢查是否 thoracic outlet syndrome

再來，遠端肢體出現麻痺情況，myelopathy 比較會出現在上肢和下肢，而非單單遠端
考慮TOS的手指指尖問題較常出現，也是特徵，所以選D
(A) 頸部壓迫（cervical compression test）檢查是否為頸椎關節退化
