通常，當人家問你一個問題，你覺得這個問題太扯了，根本不可能

譬如，「某某某，你覺得連續中兩次樂透的頭獎有沒有可能？」

你就可以用「out of the question」來回答，表示妳的答案是在「這個問題的論述之外」，也就是「不可能」意思啦。

 

至於「out of question」，少了個「the」，意思可就完全相反了，變成了「無庸置疑」的意思

因為，「question」從普通名詞變成了「抽象名詞」，意思從「問題」變成了「質疑」

因此「out of question」變成了「質疑之外」，也就是「無庸置疑」了。
