回樓上，find out, learn about 都有獲悉的意思，從一開始不知道到知道結果。
uncover 揭露則是一開始就知道，緊要關頭公諸於世。
這是兩者比較細微的差別。
但是，其實我覺得 D 也可以！因為實際情境下（從美劇判斷而來）,兩者並無區別。
