漸進式阻力運動(progressive resistive exercise),為等張非等長運動,訓練肌力非耐力, 以下分兩種,都先定義反覆最大阻力(one repetition maximum, 1RM),以個案無法舉第二次的力量為最大阻力(100%) 接著可用邏輯、小技巧幫助記憶 1.DeLorme(可記"D"開頭,阻力由"D"至高) 50% 10RM, full range 75% 10RM, full range 100% 10RM, full range 由低至高,有熱身概念、無肌肉疲勞概念(逐漸增強) 2.Oxford(相反,阻力由高至低) 100% 10RM, full range 75% 10RM, full range 50% 10RM, full range 由高至低,有肌肉疲勞概念、無熱身概念(第一次就給最強) |
