siRNA一開始是從細胞外的雙股長RNA而來，經dicer、RISC，最後產生作用。

miRNA是經由RNAPII轉錄基因，先形成有hairspin的pri-miRNA，再經dorsha作用變成pre-miRNA，最後在細胞質中被dicer切割、形成RISC，最後才作用。
