危險對比值：又稱勝算比(Odds Ratio，OR)。

在病例對照研究中，實驗組中發生疾病的勝算或危險性/對照組中發生該疾病的勝算或危險性(the ratio of the odds of having the target disorder in the experimental group relative to the odds in favour of having the target disorder in the control group)。

或暴露組罹患疾病的勝算或危險性/非曝露組罹患疾病的勝算或危險性(the ratio of the odds in favour of being exposed in subjects with the target disorder divided by the odds in favour of being exposed in control subjects)。
