hear 只是「聽到」，至於有沒有「聽進去照做」？多半是沒有，但人身體不舒服就要遵照醫囑，所以要選 follow ( 遵從 )會比 hear 要來得好喔！

hear =通常是指聽到..不是很嚴肅的..但由此題...MUST....是指必須必要...較嚴肅,所以選FOLLOW會比較好

hear只是聽，比方聽到聲音hear the voice
如果要叫別人聽進去，給我"聽著"，會說"Listen!"

不過我覺得D也有點勉強，因為follow通常是跟著什麼東西或照什麼指示去做
