1. tooth paste results in a more diffuse pattern, chewing gum & candy are more localized.

2. 通常有疼痛＆灼燒感

3. most common site: gingiva (toothpaste), 類似plasma cell gingivitis (10101); 腫大, 水腫, 和紅斑常見

4. most common site:  頰黏膜＆舌側緣(candy) 沿著咬合面排列的長型斑塊, 白色


histopathologic feature：通常具有完整的脊柱和上毛血管變薄. superficial lamina propria 有重度發炎侵潤，主要由lymphocyte 和 一些plasma cell, histocytes, or eosinophils
