have trouble/difficulty表示「有困難」，後面常接 (in) V-ing，表示「做…有困難」。在此句型中，trouble/difficulty皆使用單數形，並可加上some（有些）, great（非常）, little（幾乎沒有）…等字詞來修飾，句型如下：
