四、甲擔任某公司董事長 A 特助，某日騎機車前往銀行替 A 提款 300 萬元。甲因沉迷賭博積欠賭債近 500 萬元，為償還賭債，打算將該款項私吞己有，於是自行騎車衝撞路邊電線杆，並扯破衣服。而後甲至附近派出所報案謊稱遭搶。問甲之行為應如何論罪？
