四、交通為影響國土空間結構變遷的一項重要因素，臺灣過去的交通建設，可分成縱貫 鐵路、高速公路的建設，以及高鐵建設等三大時期。這些交通運輸的建設發展，為 臺灣的都市及區域的空間形式發展，帶來了巨大的影響。試問這三個時期的發展， 分別為臺灣都市體系的變遷帶來的衝擊何在？試比較分析之。（25 分）

⑵因應這個問題，政府 也提出了許多閒置空間再利用的都市策略，試舉例兩個不同模式，討論分析比較其 間的利弊得失。

⑵ The Enlightenment was an intellectual movement originating in France, which attracted widespread support among the ruling and intellectual classes of Europe and North America in the second half of the 18th century. It characterizes the efforts by certain European writers to use critical reason to free minds from prejudice, unexamined authority and oppression by Church or State. Therefore the Enlightenment is sometimes called the Age of Reason.（15 分）
