三、英文作文：（40 分）  In recent years, the expression“恐龍法官＂has been in popular use in Taiwan. Write a two-paragraph essay of approximately 250 words. In the first paragraph, you should trace the origin of this newly coined expression, and then discuss the common traits shared by judges who are labeled as such. In the second paragraph, you should propose effective measures that will reduce the number of such judges in Taiwan’s judicial system.
