一、Claim construction plays a core role in determination of patent
infringement. According to the judicial decisions made by the Taiwan
Intellectual Property Court, there are two significant sources of
evidence–intrinsic evidence and extrinsic evidence–to support claim
construction in the cases of patent infringement. If you were a judge in a
case of patent infringement, what your opinion would be about the
relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic evidence when claim
construction is undertaken.（30 分）
