The ultra-low birth rate in Taiwan may lead to a lower standard of living. Dong Anqi said that the change in the demographic structure is slow. It is like warm boiled frogs. It is not easy to feel the problem, but problems can be solved. Taiwan\'s fertility rate (2013) was only 1.065, the lowest in the world. It seems that there is no problem in the short term, but it will lower the per capita consumption level of the people in the long term.
