Americans move from large urban cites to smaller ones increasingly for better quality of life. Data from The US Census Bureau states people are migrating Los Angeles, Chicago and New York to middle-size cities such as Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Dallas. The lower cost of housing in those cities is the huge incentive to the migration. According to US Census Bureau, half of the migrations are looking for better options such as purchasing a better homes rather than renting ones. The rent in Manhattan is 4,100 USD a month. It is almost two-third of the median household income of 83,500 USD in New York City. Purchasing a home is nearly impossible while the local average housing price is 1.1 million USD.
