一、一長 200 mm、直徑 101.6 mm 的 1040 中碳鋼棒，欲車製成直徑 100 mm，使用邊刃角（side cutting edge angle）為 0°的碳化鎢車刀，以轉速 400 rpm 與每轉進給量（feed per revolution）0.2 mm 車削，請計算出下列數值：切深（depth of cut）、切屑截面積、每分鐘進給量（feed per minute）、加工時間、材料移除率（metal removal rate）。（10 分）
