While the all nations of the world are negotiating the free trade agreements, Taiwan should also plan the feasible measures to expand the region of trade and reinforce the national competitive strength. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to considerate that the strategy to make trade with internationalization and liberalization. At the same time, it is essential way to enhance the quality of higher education via education with internationalization and nurture talents with national perspective.
