⑵ Where the duty-payer fails to file relevant certificates in time, the Customs may, upon his request, examine and release the goods by allowing him to pay an appropriate deposit. The deposit shall be confiscated if the duty-payer fails to complete the formalities prior to expiry of a prescribed period.

4. 依游離輻射防護法第十五條之規定，經評估輻射作業對輻射工作人員一年之曝露不可能超過劑量限度之一定比例者，得以作業環境監測或個別劑量抽樣監測代之。於游離輻射防護法施行細則第六條補充規定此一定比例為劑量限度之十分之三；其有效等效劑量為（）毫西弗，眼球水晶體之等效劑量為（）毫西弗，皮膚及四肢之等效劑量為（）毫西弗。
