I often find myself waiting for a long time at the bus stop, only to see multiple buses arrive at the same time, causing overcrowding and discomfort for passengers. 

Secondly, there is no formal schedule for the buses, which makes it difficult for commuters to plan their journeys. This lack of scheduling also leads to inconsistent service, with buses arriving irregularly and often leaving before the scheduled time. 

Thirdly, some of the bus drivers display rude and unprofessional behavior towards passengers. They often drive recklessly and ignore traffic rules, putting the safety of passengers at risk. I have also witnessed instances where drivers have yelled at passengers for asking questions or requesting to get off at a specific stop.

 I believe that these issues are negatively impacting the daily lives of many commuters in the city. As someone who relies on public transportation, I urge you to take action to address these concerns.
