It's also gentle on your body because it doesn't put too much pressure on your joints and bones. That makes it good for people of all ages. Swimming also helps you move better every day. Best of all, it's enjoyable whether you swim in a pool or in natural places like a lake or ocean. Swimming is a fantastic way to keep fit and feel happy!

Dear Anna,

Thank you so much for having me last week! I had a great time spending my vacation at your lovely home in the country. Hualien was such an amazing place. The weather was always nice with sunlight and a breeze during my stay. I got to see the famous gorge, and the view made me feel like I was in paradise. We also ate lots of special foods. I believe I told you that my favorite was mochi.
Would you like to come to the city sometime? To thank you for your hospitality, I would like to invite you to my house for a stay. Tainan is a very different place from Hualien, but I'm sure you'll like it as much as I do. I'll show you around the city and introduce you to my favorite beef soup shop.
