Fashion-Fitness Gym (FFG) Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Within the first three days of signing your membership agreement, you can cancel with no penalties.
● Within the first year of your contract, but after the first three days, you can cancel at any time by paying three months of your membership, or the remaining part of your Annual/12-month membership.
Cancellations will be accepted via the FFG Membership Cancellation Request Form on the FFG official website, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. In addition:

Some toilet facilities are not working and causing high humidity, which might be harmful to health. Several times I have seen the cleaners having a group chat, neglecting their work.

I got hurt in a road accident during a business trip but my company didn’t consider it an occupational accident. I am going to take legal action against my company. I’d like to put my membership on hold until I get this matter settled once and for all. Maybe it will take a year to process. I acknowledge and accept the terms for cancellation.

● The Penny-Patty Museum is on a suburban street. From Great King Station, the walk to the Penny-Patty Museum takes approximately 15 minutes. A total of 10 complimentary shuttle buses, at a 20- to 30-minute frequency, transport visitors between Great King Station and The Penny-Patty Museum.
● Street parking is limited and ticketed. There is a private car park a five-minute walk away.

I am a regular commuter and take Bus No. 58 to work from Monday to Friday. Last Tuesday morning, I waited for the bus at the Great Queens Park stop as usual. It was supposed to arrive at 7:55 am. However, at 8:25 am, when trying to communicate with the customer service representative via instant messaging in the Topspin Bus app, I found it wasn’t working. I got into panic that I would be late for work due to the 30-minute delay and the issue of the app.
Although the bus finally arrived ten minutes later, I was actually late for work and won't be eligible for this month’s perfect attendance bonus. I might accept traffic delays but I was furious at the impatient bus driver who refused to issue me with a delay certificate. As the driver’s employer, you should take punitive action against the driver.
