The " land of opposites" is a good name for the dessert. It can be very hot at day time in the dessert, but at night time, it is icy cold. It doesn't rain at all for many months or even a year. Then ,suddenly it rains so much to make muddy rivers. The dessert is the land of opposites.

       Shanne was at a talent show yesterday. Her sister Molly was with her. Shanne's friends Josh and Jimmy should have watched the show with them, but something was up and Jimmy needed to handle it. Josh was late for half an hour, so he was at a coffee shop next to the theater waiting for them. The singing group , Adele Plus, were wonderful. Everyone cheered and shouted when they were singing. Shanne loves their " How Can I Miss You Forever?". She sings it all the time even in the bathroom. Molly was at the show for MaChu MoChu. They are a group of 7 ,three boys and four girls. Their dancing was strong and beautiful. A ten-year-old girl, Teresa, played magic no onc else can ever do. Shanne's favorite show was Leo, the Joker. He was so good at telling stories and he was hilarious. He made everyone at the show happy and laugh all the way. Overall, the show was everything that means great and perfect. It was really a great loss for Josh and Jimmy to miss the show.
