一、請將下列英文譯為中文:(25 分) Propeller excitation is far more difficult to quantify than the excitation from internal machinery sources. This is because of the complexity of the unsteady hydrodynamics of the propeller operating in the non-uniform hull wake. In fact, the non-uniform hull wake is the most complicated part; unfortunately it is also the most important part. Propeller- induced vibration would never be considered in ship design if the propeller disk inflow is circumferentially uniform. Any treatment of propeller excitation must begin with consideration of the hull wake.

⑵自國外輸入之船舶,其原丈量模式與中華民國丈量模式不同者,仍應依規定申請 丈量;船舶所有人於申請丈量、領有噸位證書前,得憑原船籍國之噸位證明文件, 先行申請核發臨時船舶國籍證書。(12 分)
⑶若發現丈量之船舶噸位與其噸位證書記載不符時,該航政機關得依據實際丈量結 果,更換其噸位證書。(7 分)
