一、英翻中：請將下列英文翻譯成中文。（20 分） Though a person may be eligible to hold the office of notary, the person may be disqualified to act in certain cases by reason of having an interest in the case. To state the rule broadly: if the notary is a party to or directly and pecuniarily interested in the transaction, the person is not capable of acting in that case. For example, a husband could not notarize his wife’s signature on a deed if they are purchasing the property together. Both husband and wife receive the same benefit from the purchase, which creates a conflict of interest should the husband attempt a notarization for his wife.
