一、請將下列英文譯為中文：（20 分） The capability to sustain speed in a seaway is one of the primary objectives in the design of a marine vehicle. Traditionally, the power required to attain a certain speed in a seaway has been determined from the still water performance of the vessel after making an allowance of 15 to 30% for wind and waves. However, progress made in seakeeping, in both analytical methods and experimental techniques, makes it possible to determine the added resistance in a seaway with sufficient accuracy for design purposes. The seaway resistance is often represented by either an addition of power to sustain the speed or a speed loss to maintaining the same amount of power as is used in calm water.

⑴兩動力船彼此以相反航向或幾乎相反航向對遇，而含有碰撞危機時，應各朝右轉向，俾得互在對方之左舷通過。
