PS. 如果是四個五個六個...選擇，中間一直重複another，最後使用the other即可。
題目對於跳舞的選擇並非只有"特定"兩條出路，因此不可選擇(B)the other(有指定意味)
因此選擇無指定無特定選擇的(C)another (無特定之另一個)

上面的解釋好像都不太表達正確…。
一個籃子內，有二個蘋果。 也就是在限定範圍的話，要用the (指定)
因此是 one....the other.
一個籃子內，有二十個蘋果。也就是在限定範圍的話，要用the (指定)
因此是 one .....the others.而如果不是限定在籃子內，是說只要是蘋果就可以了。這時候要 "an" other. a 一個，不特定的冠詞。
因此是 one ....another.
這題並沒有事先有定一個範圍舉例一堆職業，讓你從其中選出。 因此不用the，要用 "an" other
不特定

像這一句就有 of the street來限定範圍 所以要用the other。
當有 3個 選項時，第一個是 one 第二個是 another 最後一個則是 the other
當沒有特定數量時 就是 one 跟 the others
the 代表你知道或是確定是甚麼東西
所以 the one 表示就是這個
the other 表示你知道這個東西以外的另外那一個
the others 你知道這個東西以外的 另外那好幾個東西
沒有 the 表示你不清楚
所以one 是隨便一個
